Custom courseware design requires expertise in instructional design, development and graphic design. Not every company has that skill set readily available, which is why they choose Training Objectives. We develop and deliver instructionally sound courseware based upon exercises utilizing simulation techniques to train and test for mastery. Students are immersed in a simulated environment that closely reflects the actual workplace setting. Other elements may include multiple job tracks and decision branching scenarios. Courseware conforms to standard AICC and SCORM requirements for interoperability with Learning Management Systems.
